Liao Chunyuan, chairman of HiScene (Shanghai) Information Technology Co. Ltd.: Liao holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in computer science from Tsinghua University, and a doctorate in computer science from University of Maryland. He is a world famous image recognition, augmented reality and man-machine interaction expert. At the end of 2012, he returned China and established the HiScene, specializing in technology, products and services of the image recognition, augmented reality and man-machine interaction sectors. Within two years, the company has become one of the leading start-up enterprises, received venture capitals, and gained industrial iconic customers such as Baidu91, LeTV, Meitu, Oppo Mobile Phones, Dangdang and SVA Group, covering more than 100 million users.
