Zhang Zehong: Zhang received his bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University in 1999, and his master’s degree from the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2002, and doctor’s degree from University of South Carolina in 2005, and then engaged in the postdoctoral works. He worked as senior key account technician of Applied Material, Inc. in 2006. In 2011 he joined Suzhou Institute of Nano-tech and Nano-bionics (SINANO) as research fellow and doctoral supervisor.
